Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xievip VPN (the "Service Provider") governing the download, installation, registration, and use of the App and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its related content without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App and related materials remain with the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, routes, pricing, or support methods and will communicate material changes as required. You are responsible for maintaining device security and protecting your account credentials, and we strongly discourage rooting or jailbreaking devices in ways that weaken system security.

The service may rely on necessary third-party capabilities, including analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, or notification tools. When you use those functions, you may also be subject to the terms of the relevant third-party providers.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. We are not responsible if the service cannot be used because of unpaid carrier bills, data limits, weak signal quality, roaming charges, local network restrictions, or other issues outside our control. Before using the App, please make sure you have the bill payer's permission and understand any carrier fees that may apply.

You are responsible for how you use the service. For example, we do not compensate for inability to access the service caused by device battery depletion, operating system issues, incorrect client configuration, or third-party network failures. While we aim to provide accurate service information, some content may depend on third-party sources. To maintain compatibility and security, we may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate some or all of the service as permitted by law and this agreement.

We may update this agreement to reflect legal requirements, product changes, or operational needs. Please review this page periodically for the latest version.
